Partial COD Policy

  • The customer is required to pay the remaining order amount at the time of delivery, after deducting the partial payment made at the time of placing the order.
  • The partial payment made at the time of placing the order is non-refundable in case of cancellation, refusal to accept the order, or RTO (Return to Origin), regardless of the reason.
  • If the customer refuses or fails to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, the partial payment will not be refunded or adjusted against any future order.
  • In case of an RTO due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unavailability of the customer, refusal to accept the parcel, or any other reason attributable to the customer, the partial payment will be forfeited.
  • If the order is successfully delivered, the partial payment will be adjusted against the total order value, and the customer will only need to pay the remaining balance.
  • By selecting the Partial COD option, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms before placing the order.
