Repeated refusal or cancellation of Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.
Dispatch and delivery information will be communicated separately where applicable.
6. Delivery
Ollien Lifestyle currently offers delivery across India, subject to courier serviceability.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.
If a delivery attempt fails because the buyer is unavailable or the address/contact information is incorrect, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
7. Inspecting Your Order
Buyers should check the package and products promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not match the order, please contact Ollien Lifestyle as soon as possible with the relevant order details and supporting photographs or videos where requested.
8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
